Field mapping

FastConnect handles sensitive data from your ERP. Its security is designed following the ISO/IEC 27001 information security controls.
End-to-end encryption
Encryption: AES-256 at rest (TDE) and TLS 1.2/1.3 in transit. Credentials are stored encrypted on disk.
Identity and access
Sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or username and password, with role-based access control and by country and company.
Multi-tenant isolation
Each organization's data is separated and isolated: every record belongs to its organization, with no crossover between customers.
Full audit trail
A record of every operation (sign-ins, imports, changes) with who, what, when and IP — complete traceability.
Defense in depth
Input validation and sanitization, rate limiting (login, import and API) and secure development practices.
Secure storage (SaaS)
Your customer master and order history are stored encrypted with AES-256 on managed servers, with backups and access only over HTTPS.
